RESERVATION

          To make a reservation, you may send an email or fax message to Anatolian Balloons, and we shall send you a Credit Card Payment form. Or you may download this form yourself directly from the link below. Then, all you have to do is fax us the completed form to +90 384 271 25 88. Once we receive your request and the correctly filled Payment form, your reservation will become definitive.

          We shall not charge your credit card, but keep it as a guarantee for your space and for your reservation. You can then pay us when you actually do arrive here in Cappadocia , the day before your flight.

          The cost of the flights
          As you may observe on our “FLIGHTS” page, Our standard flight costs € 150 per person and our Long Flight costs € 225 per person. We accept payment in most major currencies and we also accept most major credit cards.

          Cancellation Policy
          If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, and you have already paid, we will either refund you in full, or we will book you for the following day provided you have the time and we have the availability. You may cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the flight date with no charge, or you can change the date of your flight (provided we have availability) by calling (0384) 271 23 00. Any other reason for non-attendance will be regarded as a no-show and you will be charged in full.

          ANATOLİAN BALLOONS reserves the right to change or modify its fees; subject to the changes that may occur in various charges in Turkey , such as fuel prices, taxes etc and fluctuations in exchange rates that could have any direct effect on our general costs.
